About Kristin Goodwin
Most organizations do not struggle because of a lack of talent.
They struggle because decision-making slows. Alignment weakens. Complexity increases. What was once clear becomes harder to see.
Kristin Goodwin works with CEOs, founders, boards, and senior executives whose decisions carry real consequence.
A retired U.S. Air Force Brigadier General, former Chief of Staff for U.S. Space Operations Command, and trusted advisor to leaders at the highest levels of government, defense, and industry, Kristin has spent more than three decades helping organizations navigate complexity, uncertainty, and high-stakes decision-making.
Throughout her career, she commanded global operations, advised the Secretary of Defense, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Capitol Hill, and the White House, and led organizations responsible for billions of dollars in personnel, resources, and strategic capabilities. Her work required more than leadership—it demanded clarity, precision, and the ability to make consequential decisions under pressure.
Today, she brings that same standard to the leaders she serves.
As Founder and CEO of Kristin Goodwin Consulting, Kristin advises executives and organizations facing growth, transformation, disruption, and increasing complexity. Through her StillPoint Methodology, she helps leaders identify what is creating drag, strengthen executive alignment, sharpen decision-making, and build organizations capable of sustaining performance without relying on a single individual to hold everything together.
Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, growth-stage organizations, defense and aerospace leaders, and executive teams navigating AI transformation, organizational change, and strategic growth.
Kristin's career has been defined by breaking barriers and setting new standards for leadership excellence. She made history as the first female Bomb Wing Commander in U.S. Air Force history and earned numerous distinctions for operational leadership, aviation excellence, and service, including the Legion of Merit, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal, and multiple top pilot recognitions. In 2025, she was honored as the Women Veteran-Owned Business of the Year by the Southern Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce for her continued impact as a business leader and advisor.
Known for her ability to see patterns others miss, ask the questions others avoid, and create alignment where complexity exists, Kristin helps leaders move beyond reaction and regain the clarity needed to lead with confidence.
Because when leadership becomes clearer, everything else moves faster.
