WHERE TO BEGIN

What is going on at work?

The right course depends on what you are actually trying to resolve.

Pillar I — Self

The pressure has not decreased. Your tolerance for it has.

The capacity to lead under load is not endurance. It is a set of trainable skills. The work is to rebuild what time has worn down.

SELF · How you operate inside yourself → LET’S BEGIN

Pillar II — Purpose

You have built something. And it has stopped feeling like yours.

Achievement and meaning are not the same thing. When the markers of success no longer settle the question of why, the work is to re-anchor.

Purpose · What you operate toward → LET’S BEGIN

Pillar III — Others

You are surrounded by people. And carrying it alone.

The leaders who sustain something exceptional are not stronger. They are more precise about strength, and more invested in the relationships that hold it.

Others · How you operate with those you lead → LET’S BEGIN

THE ROADMAP

Clear a path for resilient leadership

The recommended sequence builds depth from the foundation through the three pillars. Pick and choose if the work in front of you requires it. The Certification rewards the full journey.

The Certification Pathway. Lead the Storm first, then Pillar I (Self), then II (Purpose), then III (Others). Each pillar builds on what the previous one established. This is the path for leaders pursuing the full Certification.

The à la carte path. Take any single course in any order. Each course can later be applied as credit toward the Certification Pathway if you decide to commit.

THE CAPSTONE

The StillPoint Leadership Certification.

The right course depends on what you are actually trying to resolve.

CERTIFIED IN

StillPoint Leadership

Awarded by Kristin Goodwin Consulting upon completion of the full Pathway.

The Certification is a record of completed work.

It is also entry into a community of leaders who have committed to the standard the Institute teaches.

Graduates become part of the StillPoint Alumni network with access to private events, peer introductions, and continuing material from the firm. The Certification is the credential. The community is what extends it.

ON CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS

The Institute's foundation course — Lead the Storm — is also taught through the UCCS College of Business Academy, where it carries 20 CEUs under UCCS institutional authority. Kristin Goodwin Consulting is pursuing IACET Accredited Provider status to issue CEUs directly across the full Institute catalog. Status: application in progress.

How you learn best

We’ve built in flexibility for your team’s calendar, organizational needs, and the fiscal year

In-Person

Delivered on-site for a single organization or leadership team.

The course is calibrated to the company's specific conditions and applied to the work in front of the team.

The result is shared language and a shared experience.

Best for leadership teams ready to do the work together.

On Demand

The course built for the calendar that does not yield.

Recorded lessons, practical tools, and a clear sequence.

Begin when you can. Move at the pace the work allows.

Best for leaders who want depth without dependence on a schedule.

THE MISSION

The advisory engagement reaches a small number of leaders each year, but the insights and tools are easily activated within your organizational context for full effect.

The Practice

StillPoint Methodology

The underlying framework, applied one-to-one inside the Private Advisory Engagement.

The StillPoint Leadership Institute is where the methodology behind the private advisory practice is taught at a different scale, in a different register, to a wider audience of leaders ready to do the work.

The StillPoint Institute produces The Practice, The Publication, and The Curriculum. Each plays a distinct role.

The Publication

StillPoint Leadership Guide

The quarterly publication. Field notes and frameworks from the work.

The Curriculum

StillPoint Leadership Institute

The courses are taught at scale by three instructors in the format of your choice.
