Kristin Goodwin is the Founder and CEO of Kristin Goodwin Consulting, a retired U.S. Air Force Brigadier General, and former Chief of Staff for U.S. Space Operations Command.
With more than 30 years of leadership experience, Kristin has advised senior leaders across government, defense, and industry while leading complex organizations through change, uncertainty, and growth. Today, she helps executives and teams strengthen alignment, improve decision-making, and lead with greater clarity through her StillPoint Methodology.
Known for her ability to simplify complexity and create meaningful transformation, Kristin brings practical insight, proven leadership experience, and a calm, strategic approach to every learning experience.

The Institute's foundation course, Lead the Storm, is also taught through the UCCS College of Business Academy, where it carries 20 CEUs under UCCS institutional authority.
